Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I was charged with a b & e in 2005, this felony has made it hard to get a decent job and has prevented me from doing lots of things I have awanted to do. Is there anyway I can get this removed from my record or exponged?

You may be eligible to get it expunged from your public record provided that this is your only conviction and it has been at least 5 years since you were convicted or 5 years from the date you were released from prison-parole. You ought to consult with an experienced criminal defense attorney in Michigan to see if you qualify. More information is needed from you.
