Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I may be charged with breaking and entering of a salvage yard where there is a fence, minus an 800 yard open area and stealing less than 200 dollars worth of scrap metal (cast iron). I have had 2 prior counts of retail fraud (3rd degree...alcohol related) and a DUI. I live in Michigan. What am I looking at for a sentence if convicted?
