Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I was charged with milicious use of a telecomunications device. This is the first time Ive ever got arrested. If I'm found guilty and this being my first offense, what is the guidlines for sentencing? Does the jury have to be unanimous in a case like this? What kind of evidence does the prosecutor have to present?
