Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
My ex has been charged with 3rd offense domestic violence in Michigan while on probation for domestic violence already. He has a bench warrant and has an arraignment tomorrow. Will he be arrested tomorrow for the warrant?. The arraignment is for a new charge

If he shows up tomorrow and he has an active warrant then he will detained unless the jurisdiction that has the warrant is too far away that they won't come and get him. For example, some misdemeanor warrants have a limited mile radius such as up to 35 miles. He will at least get detained for a while and possibly a few days to see if the other jurisdiction will come and get him.
