No one here can even dare to answer your question because we do not know: which judge you have; what the ultimate outcome of the charges will be (meaning: will there be a plea agreement that reduces or dismisses charges?); what your past criminal history is [this is a big factor on the felony sentencing guidelines]; what the details of the home invasion are, including number of victims, amount of property stolen, whether other crime were committed within a day of this that you will not be convicted of; whether you have other "felony crimes against a person" activity within the previous 5 years; if you have prior felony convictions for which you were habitualized; etc. Your felony sentencing guidelines have to be scored by your attorney (who knows your case facts + your criminal history), which will be the start of the answer to your question.
