Can he be charged?

My 14 year old was at someones house with 2 other people, something was stolen but my son has no knowledge of it. Can he be charged with a felony? The item stolen was over $1000.

He can be charged as a juvenile. The felony may be home invasion and/or larceny from a building.

You should consult an attorney. If you cannot afford one, the juvenile court will appoint one for you at a modest cost at his pretrial should you get a written notice of hearing. Until then, keep your son away from the 2 other people.
