Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

child abuse

I was charged with child abuse for spanking my child. My rights were suspended for one yr and I had to do parenting classes. I have since completed all of these requirments. But I am still only allowed to see my daughter one day a week with no overnight stays. I feel that this is very harsh. For a person with no criminal history. And no prior issue's of child abuse. My daighter is now 9 yrs old and this has been goin on off and on for 4 yrs. I live in the state of Michigan in Macomb county.

So I have several questions. My first question is where do I find cases where parents have been convicted of abuse and still retain the right to see there children? I am looking for cases especially in Michigan. And Second what are my rights in a situation like this?
