Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Child endangerment
My daughter (13 yrs) walked out of school after a situationaround 8:00am. I had signed her into latch key at 7:00am. The school did not notify me when they discovered her missing, they could not produce a policy or protocol to follow for finding her. And I feel they did not send any out to look for her. Do I have grounds to sue them for reckless child endangerment? This is a private school.
