Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
first
I have a clean record.... Worst that has happen to me is that I had my lincense suspended over points other then that clean.... Recently I made a big mistake.... Involing checks and forgery....What are the chances i wont go to jail or prison...I have the money to pay it all back and willing to go on probation....

It's very unlikely that you will go to jail. Probation and restitution is the usual result.
A license suspension for points is not a crime unless you are caught driving without a license. But,if you really have a clean record (i.e. no crimes at all), a conviction will still make you unemployable, as any future employer can access your record immediately.
There are a few ways to keep this off your record, but I would need to know more.
