Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Trying to clear up a debate
A family member of mine has some warrants in Michigan and says that if he leaves state for 7 years that the warrants will be erased. Is this true?

Hmmm. Sounds like someone is relying on legal advise from another non-lawyer type person. That's a dumb idea. Most folks don't rely on a plumber to give them medical advice and therefore I recommend against relying on non-lawyers for legal advice.
