Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

if someone comitted malicious destruction of property( more than 1000$) while under the influence of drugs and alchohol and later successfully completed rehab which included anger management and other therapy .do i have a good chance of beating felony charges. also i have been employed full time since i was released from treatment. thanks for you time.

Completing rehab isn't a defense to the crime. It's like saying in a drunk driving trial, "Hey, I'm sober today at trial!"
