Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

What constitutes lewd and lasivious behavior in Mi. and is it a felony? Will this person be on the sex offender registry even though it was between two adults who were caught in the act in public?

Generally it is a misdemeanor. It depends what constitutes this behavior, but urinating in public and any sex acts performed in public are examples. No they will not be in the sex offender registry.
