Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
contemt of court
can they hold u in comtemt of court if u are doing time in a diffent part of the state for misdemenors and u are facing prison time for a felony is it better to have time done already for the felony if they do pick u up??

Theoretically, yes but if you can prove that you were incarcerated at the time of the hearing they will generally dismiss any show cause.
