I was convicted of third degree retail fraud. I am a seventeen year old in michigan. I wanted to know what would my fines be and what should I expect?

It's up to the Judge but there is a maximum. You need more facts here. I am assuming that you have not been sentenced? Question is have you pled or been found guilty by jury or judge? Did you have an attorney? Which court? etc... Daniel Hajji 248.865.4700
