Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I am a convicted Felon, twice actually, living in Michigan... the most recent being for Eavesdropping, and the one prior was for grand left Larson.
My father owns and runs an Assisted Living home and is seeking a full time "maintenance man"... is
it true that what I heard about how Governor Granholm (Michigan) passing a bill or whatever it was, basically saying that Felons are NOT allowed inside of Assisted Living homes?
Now if that is true what I heard,,,is there ANY way around this? Would my father be able to hire me as "subcontract 1099 MISC"?
