Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

I have been convicted of receiving and consealing stolen property, but when I had received the property I did not know it was stolen and I wasn't trying to hide the property I just felt UN safe about it and didn't know what.to do with it so I stuck it in my barn till I could figure out what to do with it, now I had a warrent out for my arrest so I took care of that the first day I got the letter and posted a bond for my self of 400 and now I have court how can I prove my self not guilty of this? I have no criminal background and don't want to do the time for something I didn't do it was more than 200 less than 1000 a misdermeanor. I need some help on this.

Were you convicted or charged? You say both. In terms of the crime, once you have knowledge it's stolen, you have a duty to report it and when you do not, that is the crime.
