Re: cost of a court-appointed attorney?

If you're willing to settle for a court appointed attorney, and if you qualify for a court appointed attorney, the court will pay that attorney. At the end of your case, the court may order you to re-pay the costs of that attorney.

Our office gets MANY complaints about court appointed attorneys. I recommend that you strongly consider hiring your own attorney.
