Can I still get a court appointed lawyer even though I said I would represent myself at the arraingment on a Domestic Violence charge? I have no money and now I know I need one..

Yes. Contact the court ASAP. You can go to the court any time (in most courts) to request a court-appointed attorney. You will probably have to go to the court because forms may be needed, signatures, etc. If you wait until the next hearing dtate (e.g., a pre-trial conference) then the whole case will be delayed to a new date for the new attorney to be appointed and get up to speed. By contacting the court early, you might not contribute to unnecessary delay.
Yes. You are always entitled to a court appointed attorney at any stage of the proceedings if you cannot afford an attorney of your own.
