With all due respect, I can't understand the fact of your case. You should consult a local attorney who deals in either juvenile delinquency offenses, appeals, or both.

In part, you complain about the way the judge handled your plea. Order a transcript of the hearing (a typed up version of what everyone said). In many cases, the way you currently remember things happening isn't the way it all happened, and you just don't remember it accurately.

If, however, you are right and the judge did not comply with the Michigan Court Rules' plea-taking rules, you may have a basis on appeal to withdraw your appeal, but it is not guaranteed.
