Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
My cpa boyfriend was arrested for embezzlement Friday. I think it is over $1000. He also had more than a quarter gram of cocaine. He has no prior record, I had no idea of any of this. What will happen? In Michigan

What happens depends a lot on the addititude of the prosecutor and the judge. Probation without jail is possible. A jail sentence is also possible. He needs a very good lawyer as soon as possible.
