Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

I was wondering if there is a way to get my charges droped from a felony to a misdomener. I have served my time in idaho, also I finished my probation last jul. and I was wondering since I have done so without getting into any other trouble and have a steady job if this was possible. I was told by a lawyer up here I was to ask in idaho and he said it should be called a rule 13 or 15. Thank You,--name removed--Lane
