Is A crime against a minor still A crime some 30 Years later

My Wife who suffers from severe depression, it turns out was repeatedly raped by here step father when she was just a young girl I didn't find out untill recently after years of trying to befreind this Animal. While he lives in splender in florida he say's that only his to bi-alogical sons will inheret his Money. Believe it or not its not about the money but this is the only father she ever new and after what he dit to her He should be in prison he doesn't deserve to live a good life. is it to late for him to pay for his crime.

I don't believe that there is a statute of limitations on rape. You should contact your local police and make a report.

You may have a cause of action against this guy as her husband for loss of consortium (if you found out within the last two years and the facts otherwise fit the cause of action). Please contact me directly to discuss.
