Do not travel out-of-state. Almost always, a condition of bond is not to leave the state (MI). You might want to check with your attorney, pretrial services or the Court Clerk where your felony matter is pending.
If you need to travel, you may want to ask your MI attorney on how to go about getting authority/permission from the Court.
Many judges in Ingham County restrict people on bond from leaving the state. Your attorney ought to be able to get the judge to permit you to travel. If that doesn't work, you can call our Lansing office to speak with a member of our defense team at 517 886-1000.
