Many things can happen. First, you can be found in criminal contempt of court and sent to jail, fined, and put on probation. Second, you could be charged with something more serious, like stalking, which is a felony.

It all depends on what you're thinking about doing. If unwelcome physical contact with the protectee is in your plans, you risk punishment ranging from getting shot to being thrown in jail.
If it's just a prohibited phone call, you'll get warned the first time and maybe jailed thereafter.
