what could happen if I never been in jail, or never been in any trouble. I turned myself in and been at every court date and i and found giulty of id threft. even if I didn't do it?

You need to immediately obtain a lawyer, even a court appointed lawyer if you cannot afford to retain someone, especially if you are innocent.
