Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
A criminal question. If a person was arrested and the charges were dismissed, and the person files a complaint with internal affairs can that person be rearrested after they made the complaint 4 or 5 days later,but with different charges because the prosecuting attorney said the person was charged wrong.
