criminal sexual conduct 4th degree
I was convicted in july 1994 of csc 4th degree released from probation in june 1997 I had it expunged from my record aug 2004 I would like to petition to have my name removed from the registry I need case law to support it

Your best bet is to spend a few dollars to hire a lawyer to get you the case law, if not to draft the brief for you. You can also go to a local law library and ask the librarian to help you navigate the professional guides for a template to use with state case law.
Also try whichever organization hand;es continuing legal education for lawyers: chances are they have a book with the stuff you need already in it.
The problem isn't the case law, it's writing a persuasive brief.
