Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Criminal Sexual Conduct 4th Degree
I am being accused of CSC 4th Degree..The police did not investigate this and neither did my company..I was told to summit to a polygraph test or face being arrested to the fulliest extent of the law by the police..I have proof that I was not in the office(where it appartenly occured)but the police refused to see it as the same for the company. The incident was not reported to the police until 24 days after the fact as well as the company....It is set for trial in Jan 2008 and I have lost all confidence in my attorney....I have proof this did not occur and that the person making this claim is lying...What should I do....I have pleaded not guilty....

You should consult with another attorney that has extensive experience in fighting CSC cases. The police are always anxious to send people to prison. Fight back. The right attorney is critical.
I recommend that you call Mike Cronkright on Tuesday. He is extremely aggressive and has an impressive track record for winning. His phone number is 5178861000.

In what court is your case pending? If you are not happy with your current lawyer you should find a new one as soon as possible. I think you should call me.
