My husband and I have 3 children in fostor care and they have been there for a year and a half. Prior to that they were in for 2 years. They told us a month ago that they were investigating csc agaist our daughter. They said that someone would contact us and they never did now my husband is charged with it. what can we do to prove that he didn't do it. Plus, our daughter calls her fostor parents mom and dad. And between the to fostor times she has been there she has been in at least 10 different fostor homes. They won't tell me anything about this and won't even speek to us.

Re: criminal sexual misconduct

If you can afford an experienced and aggressive attorney, your husband should IMMEDIATELY contact one. CSC is an extremely serious charge that could land your husband in prison for a very long time.
