Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
CSC Case
I need to know what or how I go about re-opening a case that my fiance was convicted of? The woman lied, the cops lied and the Bay County court system is corrupt. I want to know how a woman can accuse a man of a crime he did not commit and get away with it?

Re: CSC Case
Um ... what are YOU trying to "reopen" this CSC case? Why isn't the suspect/defendant (your fiance) doing it??!? YOU have no standing in court to request that another person's criminal case be "reopened".
If the original defendant was making the request, I'd have more questions. First, what happened to the original case (i.e., was the case dismissed? is the case still on-going? was there a convction? a conviction for what crime? a conviction by way of a plea, or a trial?). Second, if there was a conviction, did the defendant file a timely appeal? Were issues of witness credibility / perjury raised? Were issues of "court system corruption" raised?
Your statements that the victim "lied" and the police "lied" and that Bay County court system
"is corrupt" are just a bunch of conclusions, opinions and hyperbole. You need e-v-i-d-e-n-c-e, not just o-p-i-n-i-o-n to get any post-conviction relief. Got any?
You are (no, ... your fiance is) better off getting one-on-one advice from an attorney who handles criminal post-judgment relief, criminal appeals, etc. Look in the phone book, or contact the State Bar of Michigan for names/contact info for folks with thiese specialities who practice in your area of the state.
