Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
csc charge
A friend of mine was charged with csc concerned i went to speak with the mother and the child a couple of weeks later i recieved a order of protection against me for questioning the child. They called child endangerment. The dective told me he would proscute any one who spoke with the child to his fury. Did i do something illegal by asking the child questions.
