Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
CSC 4th
Is it possible to have a CSC 4th expunged after 5 years, or is there any other way to be removed from the sex offender registry. My case involved me- a nurse- convicted of having consensual sex with an adult receiving mental health services from me. Thank you for any info you can provide.

If my recollection is correct you may petition for both an expungement and exemption from registration. I have not done this in a while but if you get in contact me we can dig up the info we had.
