Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
what is the CTN/TCN number on a court document in the defendant area or the form? Is CTN the Criminal Tracking Number?

One of those numbers is an identifier for the defendant individually ... and the other is an identifier for that particular arrest. Those numbers help link up the case information with the defendant's fingerprint record with the court information so the police's criminal history correctly links up.
