What is the typical sentencing for

cultivation of marijuana in Mi under 4

plants for someone who was arrested

previously in another state but had the

charges expunged..if a good laywer is

retained is jail time a possibility?

If your cultivation was for your own personal use, probation or house arrest (tether) is probable. If you were caught as a result of a controlled buy, jail time is probable.

It also depends upon your "expungement" which will increase your sentence. It counts as a prior drug-related conviction. Are you sure your prior out of state charge wasn't just dismissed?
