Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Just curious. Can a city condem a house due to the local police agency conducting multiple search warrants there for drugs? The police have a standing order to write trespassing citations to anyone on the property including the person who resides there. I thought the location had to fall under blight laws to allow this?

It's quicker if the police seize the house and sell it.
