Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Hello, I had a customer come in and drop their broken iPhone 5 phone off to repair the broken screen. They signed a contract stating after 30 days the phone is mine to do what I want with it. I sold the phone on eBay after almost 2 months without any contact from the guy. I am being charged with Larceny By Conversion $200 more but less than $1000. What is the normal sentence for something like this for someone with no record at all and what can I do? I�m in Sanilac County, Michigan.
