Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Just the other day I purchased a vehicle which from a person who committed a fraud. They skipped on the title and rolled the odometer back from approx 178k to 106k before selling to me. The person was at my home to return to me the money for the car and the police were here as they were called by myself. Trying to determine if I need to contact an attorney?
