Define 12:00, Midnight by law is it at the begining of the day or at the end
My son was on driving probation and got a letter from the state saying he he could not drine untill 12:00 midnight Oct 31, 2004 at approx. 3:00AM (afternoon) he was pulled over and arrested stating that he was not to drive untill 12:00 on the 1st of Novemberthey claim 12:00 midnight is at the end of the day but all clocks change from AM to PM at 11;59;59 and 12:00 is AM the next day.I would like any law cases that have dealt with this issue thank you

Better to hire counsel to do this for you, since it is obviously an important matter. I think that asking for free research which could take hours is beyond the scope of this forum, but hey I guess it's worth a try. ;)
