Delivery of Marijuana, Distribution of Marijuana
What exactly is the difference between the charge of delivery of marijuana, and the distribution of marijuana in MI?? I know that the delievery of marijuana is a 4 year/$20,000 felony, but whats the difference between the two? Does it just depend on how much marijuana is involved?
