Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

Didorderly Person Charge

I had a party that got busted by the cops. I locked my front door and waited on the steps to talk to the police. I had been drinking but wasn't beligerant, only angered by the bullying nature of the officers. I did not just want to kick everyone out of my house so I argued with them. They arrested me without reading me my Miranda rights. They also entered my house through the back door when I repeatedly told them not to.

They put words in my mouth saying I gave them permission, thinking they could take advantage of my level of intoxication. I had sworn at a lady across the street for not reasoning with me in her decision to call the police. Should I fight this? Is it illegal to debate with the police?
