Re: disorderly conduct

You may apply to set aside (expunge) your conviction if it is the ONLY criminal conviction (misdemeanor or felony) you have ever had. Go to the court where you were convicted to get the forms. You may want to consult an attorney to make sure they are properly filled out, that you have provided the court with the appropriate information about your life since you were convicted, that you have jumped through the procedural hoops set out under the statutes for expungements, etc.

We get a lot of questions here abiout this topic. Search the lawguru.com Q&A Database for expungment or setting aside a conviction under Michigan Criminal Law. You'll see a lot of detailed answers that fit your situation.

Re: disorderly conduct

You can get it set aside, as long as this is your only conviction. It takes some time and effort, but it is well worth it. I would love to help. Please call my office for a free consultation. Eric I. Kutinsky, Esq. (248) 737-7000
