Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Diversion Program
I was accused of 'larceny in a building'. The prosecuting attorney is offering me a Diversion Program. I know i have to say i'm guilty to do this program. My question is: If somehow i do not complete the program, can they use my statement of ''guilty'' against me in court. Or when i go to court, can i plea ''not-guilty''. any advice would be of help.
