Ummm.... no. Helpful tip: if your freedom and liberty is at stake, don't trust a document that somebody put on the internet. Put your trust and resources in someone who is trained, educated, and has experience with the courts, law, the Constitution, criminal procedure, and the rules of evidence. If you are ever charged with a crime, no matter how trivial you may think it is, retain an experienced criminal defense lawyer to represent you. Do not make the mistake of thinking you can navigate through the complex court system on your own or worse, trust an inane document that someone put on the internet.
Think about it... if it really worked, everybody would be using it.
No. There's an old saying that a person who represents himself in court has a fool for a client. But let's change that to say that a person who represents something like the "How to Beat Any Court Case" blog as a means to like a courthouse-free life is a moron. As charitably as I can possibly say, do not act in your personal life (especially on issues concerning your liberty!) on the advice of anonymous bloggers. You cannot check their credentials. They cite no legal authority (because they don't respect any legal authority) so you can't even double check their rationale. It's all BS rationalization. In the end, if you do what he(?) suggests and "DO NOT GO TO THE COURTHOUSE" you eventually WILL go to the courthouse....after your cop car taxi ride to jail, getting booked on an arrest warrant, waiting hours or maybe overnight and then being marched into the courtroom. Instead, I urge you to consult with a card-carrying lawyer who claims an expertise in the area of law in which your problems lie. Let the lawyer learn the facts, do research, and then give you some reliable advice and counsel. All this reminds me of a picture I saw on Facebook that shows a coffee cup with this label: Please Do Not Confuse Your GOOGLE Search With My Law Degree.
No. This will NOT work in any case in any court. The document is complete nonsense.
