Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
domestic violence
i was arrested for domestic violence and hindering. i bailed out but with no contact with my spouse. she is not pursuing but the state is picking it up. how can get the no contact taken off the bond so I can go home, at least till the trial. another question my wife was drinking and cannot remember what happened, what do you think will come of this?
