Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Domestic Violence
My ex boyfriend was throwing my personal belongings out on the lawn and breaking some things. To stop him I jumped on his back and tried to stop him. I called the police to stop him and when they got there I was arrested. This is my first and only offense, I dont even have a ticket on my record. What can I do to take this off my record and what should I do in court?
