Sure, there's always jail. Here's how you can do up to the full 93 days which will effectively cancel probation.

Get sentenced to probation after your attorney pleads you under 769a so it won't be on your record. If you ask for jail at your sentencing, the judge will refuse. The jail is full

Next, violate probation. Use your imagination. You'll have to violate at least twice to insure a short (10 days) incarceration, but unfortunately, you'll still have probation - probably extended because of your first violation. Oh... and your 769a status will be revoked so you will now have a record - effectively keeping you from getting or keeping a good job.

Which means you won't have enough money to pay your fines, costs, and oversight fees, i.e. another violation.

Then, miss your next two probation meetings and the judge should be ready now to cancel your probation and give you 45-93 days at the Graybar Hotel minus credit for time served.

After that, no more probation. However, if you catch another domestic, you could do a full year.
