Domestic violence/alchol
My wife and 18 yr old daughter got into an arguement then fight. My wife had been drinking. The police arrested my wife and ordered her to be out of the house until pre trial. My wife has had 2 dui in the past and a similar issue three years ago. All of us want her home but i dont know what to do/say when we meet the prosacuting atty. Later next week. Help

Many prosecutors have a 'no dismissal' policy regarding domestic violence. Your wife should hire an attorney experienced w/ the prosecutor handling the case. The attorney can discuss the situation with you without violating the 'no contact' provision of your wife's bond. Your wife should hire the attorney before you or any family members meet w/ the prosecutor.
