Domestic Violence/appeal\exsponge
I plead no contest to a domestic violence while going through divorce, I was innocent and since my ''wife''has admitted my innocence and is willing to sign a affadavit stating so, could I get this removed from my record or appealed? This happened in 2004

You pleaded no contest which is the same as pleading guilty. You may eligible to expunge your conviction. Give me a call if you need help with this.
