what dose this mean
my son is in jail on a charge malicious destruction of personal & privte property, he belived it was for a door in his apttment which he paid to have fixed befor going to jail can he still be put in jail he was in jail in kent county when he fould out there was this charge, everything in the apt is his can you be charge if you pay to repair damge,or can someone just say things belong to them and charge him with damging something in the apt. he had a romemate which has since lost the apt. for no-payment wile he was in jail in kent county for 90 days

All of this information as well as your questions should be directed to the attorney who is representing your son on this charge.

If he does not yet have one and cannot afford to hire one, the court should be requested to appoint

a lawyer to represent him, if it has not already done so.
