If you have arrested for drinking and driving, do you need to check that yyou have committed a crime on future job applications?

I have never seen any application that asked if you have committed a crime so it won't be an issue. Some applications ask whether you have been convicted of a crime. In Michigan, driving drunk is a crime. If you have been convicted of that crime, you should answer the questions truthfully.
